My approach blends techniques that have transformed my own journey, including coaching and healing with horses, energetic work, and science-backed tools for self-regulation. I work with clients to create meaningful, lasting change for both personal well-being and corporate success.
Maria is a Spanish wellness curator who has been based in the UAE for over a decade. With a foundation in Creative Marketing and a rich background across the F&B, hospitality, and wellness industries, Maria now focuses fully on designing transformative experiences for individuals and organizations.
She curates wellness programs that blend science, emotional intelligence, and somatic awareness. She specializes in leadership coaching with horses and is a certified Neuro Change Solutions Consultant, part of the global network trained by Dr Joe Dispenza to bring neuroscience-based tools into the workplace.
Maria is also a certified practitioner of Horse-Guided Empowerment, a powerful method that uses the presence of horses to support growth, clarity, and emotional resilience. Her work is further enriched by certifications in emotional intelligence and mind-body energy practices.
Through her curated approach, Maria helps leaders, teams, and professionals evolve, align with their purpose, and create meaningful, lasting change—within themselves and their organizations.
Maria is the founder of Heal with Horses, a collective of people in the UAE that work with horses to help people by contributing to the physical and mental health. Through this group, they do activities for people in need in the community.
Maria also leads international retreats with horses since 2021 together with FeelQuest retreats.
